30 Things Before 30

"We all have two choices; we can make a living or we can design a life."
-Jim Rohn

As a young nineteen year old, I have plenty I want to do with my life. Lots of traveling, laughter, and happiness! That's the dream, right? I figured I'll give you a (small) list of  what I'd like to do before I hit the golden age of thirty.

Thirty Things Before Thirty

  1. Live in a foreign country for a year.
  2. Zip line through the Costa Rican trees.
  3. Go on the creepiest ghost tour in Europe. (comment if you've been on one!)
  4. Have tea in London.
  5. Have coffee in my favorite coffee bean originating countries. (Venezuela, Costa Rica, Brazil, etc.)
  6. Climb to Machu Picchu.
  7. Visit Aztec ruins.
  8. Gaze at Northern lights. (literally happy to go anywhere that they show up at)
  9. Read a book from every genre.
  10. Swim in an underwater cave.
  11. Meet any one of my favorite authors. (Rowling, Clare, King, anyone?)
  12. Learn to cook a family recipe from an international household.
  13. Camp in every U.S. state park.
  14. Read every Nicolas Sparks novel.
  15. Have breakfast in a Swiss town.
  16. Learn a new language.
  17. Learn about a lost culture.
  18. Have gelato in Italy.
  19. Fly in a helicopter.
  20. Visit a real "adult version" treehouse.
  21. Learn archery. (How FREAKING cool?!)
  22. Visit the largest library in the world.
  23. Go to a pub in Ireland.
  24. Visit an art museum in every country I go to.
  25. Taste expensive wine and champagne. (I'm curious to know why it costs such a pretty penny!)
  26. Visit the largest make-up store in the world. I'm an absolute sucker for beauty stuff. :-)
  27. Visit the largest book store.
  28. Have a night out in Amsterdam.
  29. Feed a giraffe.
  30. Live by a beach.
I'd really love to know what is on your bucket list so leave some in the comments! :)
xo,
H.
